Following a detailed history taking and present diet, together we work towards a diet which is balanced on a nutrient level but also allowing for a good blood sugar level throughout the day. With carefully explained instructions and reasons ‘why?’ certain foods are more suitable we agree a diet plan. This will allow you to go forward with seven key changes which will support weight loss and increase your energy.
