The new you weight loss programme:
One hour Nutritional Therapy consultation and one hour Personal Training,
same time and same place. Two hours with an expert from Total Nutrition
and Complete Personal Training. €150
Coaching Duration 1 hour €65
Telephone and email consultations and support available. Time will be charged at the above hourly rate or increments thereof.
Testing and supplements will be quoted as required.
Corporate education or programmes can be tailored to specific needs of the group.
Visiting your kitchen and shopping support available. Quotations upon request
Cash or cheques accepted.
Payment is required in full for cancellations within 24 hours notice or failure to attend clinic.
